Aaron Menikoff

Aaron became the pastor at Mount Vernon in June 2008 after completing his Master of Divinity in Biblical and Theological Studies and his Ph.D. in American Church History from Southern Seminary.

Prior to pastoral ministry, Aaron worked as a legislative assistant to the late U.S. Senator Mark O. Hatfield. After leaving his career in politics, he went on staff and served as an elder at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. While in seminary, Aaron served as an elder and interim pastor at Third Avenue Baptist Church.

Aaron is the organizer and host of Feed My Sheep, an annual conference for pastors and church leaders in the Atlanta area. He also serves on the administrative team of the Greater Atlanta Baptist Network, where he leads a monthly pastors fellowship, and is a founding board member of the Association of Churches for Missions & Evangelism

In addition to pastoral ministry, Aaron is an Adjunct Professor of Church History at Reformed Theological Seminary (Atlanta), the author of Character Matters (Moody, 2020)  and Politics and Piety: Baptist Social Reform in America, 1770-1860 (Pickwick, 2014), the co-author of Prioritizing Missions in the Church (Crossway, 2025), and co-host of the Island Idylls podcast.

Brad Wheeler

Brad is the senior pastor of University Baptist Church in Fayetteville, AR. 

Being raised in a Unitarian home, as many good New England children are. It was not until he moved to Santa Cruz, CA, that he first heard and believed the gospel through his (now) wife, Erin. He then established a career in investment consulting after graduating from Princeton University.

Yet “many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails” (Prov 19.21). Thus, in 2001 he happily joined the staff of Capitol Hill Baptist Church in DC, followed by an MDiv and ThM at Southern Seminary where he served as an elder at Third Avenue Baptist Church in Louisville, KY.

Brad and Erin have four children, Page, Maggie, William, and Eliza. Brad enjoys all things having to do with motorcycles, his family, travel, and dreaming of the water polo phenom he never was.

Andrew Pack

Andrew is a pastor at All Saint Bible Church in Everson, WA. Andrew is originally from Bellingham and he loves Jesus and the PNW. He has served as a pastor in Seattle and Portland (most recently at Trinity Church of Portland) and is thankful that God called him home to Whatcom County. He and his beautiful wife (and seven kids) live at Nugents Corner. After serving in ministry in the Pacific Northwest for almost 20 years, he is thankful to plant a church, preach the gospel, and serve Jesus in the Nooksak Valley. 

In addition to his work with All Saints, he is on the faculty as a professor at Western Seminary. He holds a Doctor of Education (Southern Baptist Theological Seminary), a Master's in Theology (Western Seminary), and a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies (Western Seminary). He hosts the Food Trucks in Babylon Podcast with his friend Todd Miles and is the current president of the Evangelical Theological Society Northwest Chapter.
