Staff
The Staff consists of members of Hinson Baptist Church, who have been set aside to work for the ministry of the church in a paid capacity. The Staff, alongside the Deacons, carry out the vision and direction of the Elders. In all their various tasks, from preaching, to counseling, to preparing services, to managing room reservations, the Staff enhances the collective ministry of the church.
Our staff can be divided basically into two groups. The Ministry Staff, consisting of Pastors and Ministry Directors, assist the Elders in shepherding the congregation. The Administrative Staff provides practical service in the area of finances, children’s ministry, facilities, and many others.
